Hi, great plugin! but I have the following question…
for a client I am looking to implement a feedback form, wo which each customer is invited by email with a link to the form containing url variables to pre populate the name and email fields (plus maybe others) once he reaches the destination following the link.
For the functionality of the tool, it’s basically what yours is doing but in addition I needed additional textareas and/or some sort of selection fields where a question (pretext) can be answered with a single choice of let’s say 1 to 10.
My question is whether such fields could be added to your form and how.
There is a ton of rating, review and testimonial plugins out there, but none that ‘does it all’. So maybe you want to give this additional functionality some consideration?
