JSON ROKU Feed Link Does Not Work

THE ROKU JSON Feed link is not created by this plugin as indicated. When I copy the link it does not resolve. When I check with FTP I find that the folder was not created either by the plugin. I wonder if the plugin is not able to work properly if WordPress is installed in a domain sub-directory as in my case? Please let me know how to fix this.
