Hello,
We recently upgraded our customers to Gravity Forms 2.3 (a major upgrade that changed DB tables, etc). Since then clients have reported Gravity notification emails with blank content and merge tags. Our provider is WP Engine (using PHP7).
Issue specifics:
- The issue is rare and can’t easily be reproduced. We have not found any patterns in terms of timing or entry content
- Re-sending the admin notification from WP admin always works correctly, even for the same entry previously received as blank
- All entries are logged correctly in WP admin (with all fields logged, nothing is blank)
- We have received reports of the issue on 2.3 and also on their latest minor update 2.3.0.2
Gravity Forms Support mentioned it may be related to caching issues but we’re still hearing reports from clients days later after purging the cache.
I’m trying to understand if this is a widespread issue since Gravity Forms no longer provides any type of community support forums.
