Thank you for taking a look at my question!
I have been working on my issue of ‘spam AD banner’ on my website.
It is not related to my theme or plug-ins I am using. It is wholly different one from outside and looks like just spam. It locates at bottom of each page at the entire site.

I have checked files for themes and every single plug-in but couldn’t find any code regarding the banner. I could only see the codes for that banner thru Chrome Developer’s Tool. And it consists of 1 DIV box, which looks like below:

I have spent all day to solve this but couldn’t make it, which is so much frustrating.
