i’ve used this plugin with some success. Using latest version, latest wordpress and latest contact form version as of 4/3/2018
Two issues:
1) I’m getting an invalid token error:

There was an error when trying to integrate with the 3rd party service {testform} (https://login.centrexsoftware.com/post/f110cb1318998ce7b05bad3cb58ece49fbf5dac5 /).

2) The circle on the bottom of the original form keeps spinning. I’m guessing this has to do with contact form 7 instead of the 3rd party integration service.
