Shortcode to show posts only to the logged in user (on front end)

I am using the plugin called ‘Simple WordPress Membership’. It has worked perfectly for most of the functionality I need. However, I need a shortcode that shows the logged in users posts only (an archive of their own posts). The members only have access to the front end of the site, so they see none of wordpress backend.

I was hoping the Display Posts Shortcode would do the trick, but none of the shortcodes describe what I need.

Does anyone have advice, or know of a plugin that does this?
