Nothing shows up on the page

I installed this plugin active it and create a page with the following short code [updraft_central] as described, visit the page, and nothing is on it.

For the benefit of doubt, I followed the direction giving to on this page https://updraftplus.com/faqs/can-allow-non-admin-users-updraftcentral-dashboard/ should in case my user account is not an admin level, still yet, nothing shows up when visited the page.
