Translate the hover label-name of the stars in the frontend

Hi,
how can I change the hover label-name of the stars in the frontend, when I switch the language from english to german.
I can create labels using the backend, but they cannot be translated into another language.

e.g..
Frontend in englisch the labels (hover state) are:
Poor
Bad
Good
Great
Excellent

Frontend in german the labels (hover state) are:
Gefällt mir gar nicht
Gefällt mir nicht
Ist OK
Gefällt mir
Gefällt mir sehr

Is that even possible? Or is there a way to influence the labels for the 5 stars in the Shortcode? Then I would put it into a language detection.
