We have compiled a guide for our users to download from our website. We used Contact Form 7 on the webpage where we ask the user to fill out their name and email address.
Mail (1) is an Auto email notifying us when a user request the guide.
Mail (2) is an Auto email sent to user with the link to the guide.
We want the Message Body on Mail (2) to be personalised so the email is addressed by the user’s first name.
For example: Hi [First Name],
Is this possible? If so, what do we need to do on Contact Form 7.
