Dynamic Background Colour Using Dates From Database Table

I would like to have the background colour change based on a database table full of dates. For example in my database table I would have a 3 fields date from, date to and colour (in hex code).

I have installed the plugin LH CSS Dates and Times and got this working put I would have to added every single date. It would much easier to get it to ‘read’ it from a database table.

I have seen there is a plugin called TablePress to allow you add you own tables.

Any ideas, suggestions, links most welcome.
