I am creating a web page and in the version for phones the menu is made in HTML by me, but I have a problem that is costing to solve.
The menu consists of several links and then has a language drop-down. The problem is that it is fixed and I am not able to make it go down, that is, if you enter with the phone horizontally or from a device with a small screen, the menu is cut or the language is no longer seen .
Could you tell me how to make the menu move?
