Wordfence Standalone WAF App?

Is there a standalone version of Wordfence? If we wanted to say, uninstall WordPress due to server resource usage (and non-use) on a particular site or domain that uses only a forum software as the main website but still wanted the protection of Wordfence WAF, would there be a standalone module out there like this?
