Transpose, or expand data

I’d *LOVE* to transpose the column headers to be on the left, listing the data to the right, but I don’t think IGSV can do it without custom code. 🙁

But I also can’t figure out how to SHOW the ‘green button’ that expands the data for a single row.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
