EBD Settings Page not Saving

I have updated EBD to the latest version 5.1.6 but any changes I make in the Settings are not being saved. I make the changes, click on Save Changes and the message at the top of the page says “Settings saved”, but all the settings are returned to their initial default settings.

Any ideas anyone? BTW, I am using WordPress v.4.2.19. Thanks.
