Hi,
I have exported a site to a new setup. The old site used the ‘Theme Options’ controls in ‘Customize’ to build the landing page from four WordPress pages, and I can see the same arrangement in the new site.
However when I go to ‘Customize’ in the new site the ‘Theme Options’ menu item is not showing, despite the fact that ‘Static Front Page’ is set to ‘A static page’ a Homepage has been selected and ‘Posts page’ has been set to ‘–Select–‘.
Does anyone know how I can turn on Theme Options? Perhaps through the database or putting something in the functions.php file?

I am using a child theme if that makes a difference.
