Save button not working

Hi,
I’m trying to increase my memory by using the WP Config File Editor.
When changing the values, I can see in the “raw editing” tab that the value changed but am unable to save the change.
I have deactivated all plug-ins before changing the memory.
In addition, I am still in test mode and have not yet gone “live”

Would appreciate your comments on this how to fix it.
