How can I change the field variable?

I use mailmunch form to add HTTP Post. In my HTTP Post there is already a field called “referral”. But in your form by default, the Referral URL is being propagated as the system generated variable “referral”. Hence my HTTP Post submissions are getting wrong. How can I change this?
