Contact Form 7 not sending

Hi there

I am new to navigating WordPress and to boot this is a new site, but I cannot get the CF7 form (the site actually has two) to send through to the gmail address that is set up for it.

Please let me know what I should check first, or if I need to supply more information to help me resolve this.
