Slider randomly broke on page update

Hello,
I’m using the free version of this plugin to display some posts on my homepage. I haven’t had any major issues with your plugin until today.

I wanted to change the number of displayed posts from 8 to 5, so I opened my homepage to edit the shortcode and changed limit= to 5. When I saved the page and flushed both the website and my browser (Chrome) cache, the Javascript from your plugin all but disappeared leaving me with a list of my (5) posts running vertically down the page. I flushed the cache again and confirmed that it had been flushed, but the issue still remains. This isn’t the first time I have worked on my website today, so I have flushed the cache numerous times since this morning. The problem didn’t occur until I actually edited the shortcode for the Post Slider. Here is the shortcode I am using:

[recent_post_slider limit=”5″ design=”design-4″ autoplay=”true” autoplay_interval=”6000″ media_size=”medium”]

I have hidden the content block from rendering as I don’t want my homepage all jumbled up, but here is a screen capture: https://i.imgur.com/mIVKgbt.jpg

As I said above, it’s almost as if the Javascript is failing to render, as I am only left with HTML. I did temporarily disable Javascript Caching and Minification but it made no difference.

Hopefully we can find a solution to this issue.
Thanks!

-Chris
