HI. I found issue as bellow
1) Plugin Search, it always load and none given result
SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data[Learn More] jquery.js:4:16639

2) Load Order
If deactive, or even change wp-content/plugins-old, to check bugs. Then change back wp-content/plugins ==> The load order also get lost. Must re-do order again.
