I have just updated Woocommerce to ver 3.2.1 on my staging site (running the latest version 1.2.7 of UPS WooCommerce Shipping Method) and upon testing there is no longer a “Shipping” row under “Cart totals” that shows: “Shipping costs will be calculated once you have provided your address” along with the “Calculate shipping” link.
If I proceed to the checkout page and enter address information, then the shipping rates appear. However, all customers including guests should have a postcode-based rate calculator available on the cart page before they proceed to checkout. (as it has always been).
Enabling debug mode for the plugin provides no information beyond showing the communication with UPS for the rates.
Products on this staging site have been fully configured for a long time, and the only change has been the update to WC 3.2.1
Please advise if this is a known issue, or if you have tested the plugin with WC 3.2.1
