ISO plugin for Wall of Remembrance page

Looking to do something similar to the Wall of Remembrance on M of D website: https://www.marchofdimes.org/remembrance.aspx#11728

So far, I’m only seeing plugins for vanilla WP blog post submission, or social walls (IG/Twitter posts). Anything out there that’s just text-only message that can display on a page?

Requirements:

• Posts should be text-only.
• Posts should display on on page w/name, first initial and message only, most recent at top.
• Notification to specific email addresses upon submission.
• Posts held for moderation before publication.
