Hi, just installed ARMember (paid version), and created 3 membership plans.
Once a member subscribed to a plan, he can still select one of the others from the registration form, even if I set he cannot upgrade or downgrad
How can I avoid logged users to buy other plans when they are already members?
I found an option to hide plans owned by user, but I still can't find a way to show only the plans he can actually upgrade or downgrade to...
This creates a mess in user experience: even if they already paid they still see options to buy plans lower than what they have, it doesn't relly makes sense!
Also, hiding the owned plan will confuse users: it shoud be visible but greyed out, or display a "Already owned" banner, or such kind of solutions—
PS I opened a couple of tickets through the official support but no answers in two days, and I can’t add anymore tickets….
