Add link to checkbox?

Hey!
How can I add the link to checkbox in mailpoet subscription form?
By that i mean adding it in the text/word to the right of the checkbox, to link up the rules and regulations of the site.
I couldn’t do it in from the form creator.
Please help!

I am using mailpoet 3 beta.
