I want to exclude the posts from coming in all plugins, widgets, recent posts , categories etc with specific tag like EXCLUDE
But if i click on category like ALL then it should be visible in that list of posts?
I am not sure if i have to do via plugin or i have to edit the widgets pho files to exclude those tags in query
