When excluding some products the coupon doesn’t apply to any other products

Hello,

I have a problem that I have a coupon code I am using and I excluded a few products from that coupon, but when I try to use that code on any other products, I simply can’t.
I get this error message when I try to use the coupon code:
“Sorry, this coupon is not applicable to selected products.”

I have:
Wordpress version –> 5.9.3
Woocommerce version –> 6.5.1
PHP version –> 7.4
