In the last few weeks WooCommerce have automatically added an email customizer onto my plan, which I have looked at but does not have sufficient customisation available.
I want specific looking order confirmation emails etc so added the YayMail / YayCommerce email customiser plugin, however the default Woocommerce email is still being sent upon receipt of orders.
I have contacted YayMail and they have advised that the default Woocommerce email customiser needs to be deactivated for their plugin to work. I have explained that I am unable to deactivate it as it has been automatically added onto my account and is not a separate plugin.
I do not want to use the default email customiser as not enough options to change appearance, so how can I have this deactivated or similar so I can use another plugin?
I have been around the houses and contacted various support teams, so hopefully this can be resolved here.
Also as a sidenote I am trying to get rid of the ‘&’ out of Sweetpea & Belle which shows on the email suject line, if someone can help with this also? My site title shows correctly everywhere and this is the only place i get this.
