Spotted in GTMetrix slow (>1.5s) calls to:

.. since only using paypal on actual checkout page we had previous attempted to turn off Paypal scripts on the other pages, updates since then must have brought them back again…
Does Paypal need to spy on every page visit by every user to the website (and to do so continuously)?
