Error while adding credits

Hello,

My Wholesale Customers keep getting the following error message when they try to add credits when checking out:

There is Error while adding credits!
Credits added successfully!

So it says there’s an error and it also says credits added successfully but the credits were not added at all.

Not sure how to fix this.
