Importer not importing images in description

Hello, I’m using the native importer for WooCommerce products. The product images are imported without issues and created on the media library but the images on the product description are not being downloaded, so they are shown as broken.

Any ideas if this the default behavior? if it is, how can I also download the images listed on the product description?
