Stripe credit card field does not show on checkout

I have activated Stripe as payment option on my checkout page. But the credit cards inputs are not showing up, only the labels.

I said yes to use stripe for payment method as part of the woo setup process and went through the setup process for Stripe as well. I can also see that there is a WooCommerce Stripe Gateway installed in my plugin overview.
