Stop printing all of a sudden

Hi,

I have a website and printer set up and running fine for over a year. All of a sudden, it stopped printing today when new orders come in or when I manually print via WooCommerce Orders page.

I see that the printer is checking for new jobs by visiting “/wp-content/plugins/star-cloudprnt-for-woocommerce/cloudprnt/cloudprnt.php”. When I go to this URL from the browser, it just shows a blank page with zero output (confirmed in the Inspector).

Nothing has been changed in the Star CloudPRNT settings.

Also, under “/wp-content/star-cloudprnt/printerdata/{printer_mac_address}/queue”, I see all the print jobs for the not-printed orders.

WordPress is running version 5.9.3, and Star CloudPRNT is running verion 2.0.3.

Is there anything I can do to diagnose this?
