Unable to choose name of user during Site Representation

Hi,

During the first-time configuration, in the site-representation section, after selecting Person, I’m unable to choose a name for the user. The drop-down menu remains blank. I have an admin user with a name and display name, but nothing is showing up when I try to select a user.

Additionally, I tried adding a new user and I’m getting the same result. I’ve also disabled all other plugins and am still unable to select a user during the site-representation section of the first-time configuration.
