Bought the pro version of this plugin for 95$ and it is totally broken. No idea how to get in contact with you except here.
When only pickup is selected, all pickup days allowed, one pickup location with Monday allowed for pickups -> The result is that your plugin completely messes up the checkout page, and when the pickup location is selected it is not possible to select any date from the calendar.
The console also pukes out this crap:
