I am a paid customer for Xootix. I have reached out to the plugin developer a few couple of times but did not get any response in return. I am facing an issue where it is taking too long for social logins and expected somebody to assist me in adding some kind of preloader to notify the users that the request is getting processed. Otherwise when the user clicks on any social login button and after signing in from google and facebook there is a significant idle time (without anything on page) for the message “Please wait…Signing you in…” to show up. Users are closing their browser tabs with abandoned carts. This is not at all good for an ecommerce website. I reached out to the plugin developer from Xootix but did not get a single reply in return.
