Hello,
I’m having problems with my newsletter form, this is the error I get when I test the form: “Error de suscripción: Subscriber added to lists, but confirmation email failed to send: algo va mal con tu suscripción. por favor, contacta con el dueño del sitio.”
The customer’s email does get added to the subscription list, but only as unconfirmed. They never received the opt-in email confirmation.
I have already verified the email address and the domain sender.
Could someone, please, give my a solution?
