E-commerce tracking has stopped working

Hi there,

E-commerce tracking has seemingly stopped working since yesterday (Friday 6th May). E-commerce events are not showing in our Google Analytics: add_to_cart, purchase, begin_checkout etc.

I’ve also checked ‘Shopping Behaviour’ and ‘Checkout Behaviour’ in GA over the last 30 days and have a feeling e-commerce tracking has never functioned correctly.

All sessions: 10,867
Sessions with Product Views: 45 – just 0.41%!
Sessions with Add to Cart: 21
Sessions with Check-Out: 15
Sessions with Transactions: 77 – this is correct.

We would be grateful for any help!
