Unfortunately the all fields table currently has errors in it. If my label ends with parentheses the colon is missing, where the colon is set, additional spaces break the merge tags.
Example:
<tr><td class='gwp-allfields-label'>Geburtsdatum (Jahr)</td><td class='gwp-allfields-value'>{Geburtsdatum (Jahr)21.3}</td></tr>
<tr><td class='gwp-allfields-label'>Strasse und Hausnummer</td><td class='gwp-allfields-value'>{Strasse und Hausnummer : 19}</td></tr>
