SMTP Error: data not accepted

Hi,

I’m using WPforms and WP mail SMTP but the contact forms is not working on my website.

Strangely, the test email from WP mail SMTP is working. When I’m using the Bookly plugin on my website all the automatic emails are sent correctly.

However, when someone is sending a message via your contact forms, it’s not working and I have the fallowing error message on the dashboard

Heads up! The last email your site attempted to send was unsuccessful.

Email Source: WPForms Lite
Mailer: Autre SMTP
SMTP Error: data not accepted.SMTP server error: DATA END command failed Detail: Sender mismatch
SMTP code: 550 Additional SMTP info: 5.7.1`

So I don’t understand why everything is working properly but not when someone is using the Forms.

Any ideas how I can fix that ?
