Create form to search data fields and display results

Hello! I am impressed by your plugin, it is the first I have found with such robust database features. I am trying to replace a CRUD application that I built years ago that we need to have working in wordpress. Can you tell me if there is a way to do the following:

Have a search form that will search the database by column depending what is input, with some drop down looks ups as options.

For example:
Search form would have these fields: Building (a drop down list), product name (text field), location (drop down list), Manufacturer (text field).
The search query would then return results from the DB with fields that match all the criteria in the query and have links to edit, delete, view for each row returned.
