Prevent Role A viewing other users with the same role

Hi,

If a member is granted role A, they can view and edit their profile. However, if the same user knows the URL of another user with the same role, they can view their profile.

I need to prevent users with the same role being able to view eachothers profile.

How can this be achieved?

I have unchecked Ultimate Member->User Roles->Profile Access->Can View Other Member Profiles. But if you have the URL of another member with the same role, you are able to view their profile.

Please help.
