The extra fee is calculated correctly and shown correctly at the checkout page.
However, the total amount (with the fee) is somehow rounded up before sent to the payment gateway.
Based on the link (screenshot), you can see on the left is the checkout page & on the right is the payment gateway page.
Total amount with fee is $111.47, but when carry forward to the payment gateway, it shows $111.00.
