I’ve been working with the Forminator plugin which provides a “create post” form function where I can map the form fields to fields in a Pod post type.
In order to map a Pod post type to a new form, the form builder lists available post types on the website. It does successfully detect Pods because I created a test Pod post type and it did show up in the available post options, and thus I was able to successfully create and map form fields. And on submit, it did in fact create the post, for the most part (enough to demonstrate the capability).
But the issue now is that my EXISTING Pod post types do not show up in the available post types list in the form builder, only the Pod post types I created after the fact, to test the capability. I already have enough existing content created with the Pod that I’d like to avoid having to scrap/clone/start-over just to get it “detected” by Forminator.
We are trying to resolve the issue with Forminator, but I figure having the Pod people look into it too, might help all parties. See: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/pods-support-create-post-form/#post-15569411
Thanks!
