Dynamic Pricing With Discount Rules for WooCommerce from Acowebs is by far the best WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing plugin, in my experience. I’d tried a few out there but this one is much more user friendly than the others and also the support I got (when I had some minor glitches in my website) was very prompt. Highly recommended!
