In order for this plugin to work you need a PayPal business account, and this is stated absolutely NOWHERE. Not in the documentation (on payments at least, or PayPal page), not on the plugin page either.
I installed this and wasted like 2 hours to configure everything just to see I must make a business account and I do not wish to do so.
The plugin? Great, perhaps, but when there are hidden requirements and I waste my time it’s beyond annoying. Not giving 1 star because surely it doesn’t deserve it, but 2 because other casual sellers will face the same issue.
