I have been informed that I am in Violation of YouTube API Terms of Use in that my settings for “store_youtube_api_length: twelve_months” should be no longer than 30 days. I have requested that they tell me where to change it, as I will be happy to do so, but they have not shared this info with me. I suspect they don’t know.
I have searched the internet and this seems to be a common problem but without a solution. I have written to Community Forums and received no answers. I have asked my Systems Administrator to look into it and his response is:
I have researched all available google settings and settings for Youtube EmbedPlus plugin but did not find any mention (even in plugin codebase or inside worpdress database ) about the option how long to store user data. For me it seems either like some hardcoded setting in plugin codebase, or some default value at YoutubeAPI validation form (which you submitted).
I may have submitted it, but I don’t know where or how to change it.
Can you please help me change my store_youtube_api_length to 30 days.
