Error/Warning Message I can’t understand

I’m sorry that I can’t give you a better topic title. When I try to get to my site, I get this message:

Warning: require_once(/home/rutfei/penknife-editing.net/wp-content/plugins/captcha/bws_menu/bws_include.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/rutfei/penknife-editing.net/wp-content/plugins/captcha/captcha.php on line 68

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/rutfei/penknife-editing.net/wp-content/plugins/captcha/bws_menu/bws_include.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/php5/lib/pear’) in /home/rutfei/penknife-editing.net/wp-content/plugins/captcha/captcha.php on line 68

I don’t know what it means or what to do about it. I can’t even tell what version of WP my site is running. I get the same message whether I’m using Safari or Firefox. While I’m not completely computer illiterate, I will be grateful for explanations that are offered with kindness, patience, in plain English, and with as little jargon as possible (or with technical terms defined).

Thank you,
Ruth
