I bought an Envy Theme named Tryo. It had ACF Pro plugin included but I can’t install it without buying the plugin when it was (and is) advertised as included.

Hey, ACF, how can I get my premium ACF Pro included in my theme? I have the purchase key and I have registered and activated my theme — but no ACF Pro.
I guess the question could as well be addressed to the Tryo theme people, or Envy Themes, or EnvatoMarket Themeforest
