I have the paid version and connected Trustindex to my TripAdvisor reviews and it is in continual download mode for over 24 hours. No TripAdvisor reviews are showing up. Is there a reason that it is not downloading the TripAdvisor reviews or that it is taking days and never gets out of downloading mode? Is there a fix for this?
