When you delete the plugin (even if deactivated) it triggers code that sends your email, current logged in user, site url, all of your currently installed plugins, theme info, etc. to some rando server. This isn’t opt-in either, it just does it without your permission.
It also doesn’t duplicate ACF stuff, so if that’s any measure of the quality of the plugin coupled with the spyware nonsense.
